Booking Fees Grrrrrrrr 12:09 - Jan 9 with 25727 views | oldgrey | Went to get my Wolves ticket this morning. Cash sale. Was overjoyed to see a £2.50 booking fee added. Apparently since 3 January. The man did tell me that credit card fees stop from the 13 January. Are these robbin' Americans reduced to this type of money making scam now?

So have you ever wondered why you have to pay a quid and a half for using an automated system and use your own paper and ink to print it off? It's like going to halford to buy a set of wiper blades and being told you can have the fitting fee for half price because you're doing it yourself

Booking Fees Grrrrrrrr on 12:36 - Jan 9 with 10028 views | Swanjaxs | So you jump in your car, drive x amount of miles using your own petrol to the ticket office, then queue for perhaps ten minutes, then the lovely assistant prints you off a ticket that takes up all but 10 seconds of thier valuable time... and sting you for £2.50 for the privilege..... bargain 👠

Booking Fees Grrrrrrrr on 13:06 - Jan 9 with 9869 views | JackUlation | Copied from facebook this morning, fans are getting upset... Am I wrong ? Just been down to renew season tickets and pick up 3 Wolves tickets. The club wanted an extra £7.50 for admin on Wolves tickets. I've come away with no tickets and no renewal and feel like club are nailing my bollocks to a post. Yours fuming of Port Tennant

The trust don't have an opinion on anything these days apart from themselves. They don't even reply to emails sent to them by members.

The club should tell them if they want the job , don't add charges which are not appropriate £2-50 per transaction no matter how many tickets purchased may be acceptable
Booking Fees Grrrrrrrr on 13:53 - Jan 9 with 9614 views | the_oracle | What legislation is this? " Swans fans are informed that new ticket office booking fees are now in operation. These changes are largely due to new Government legislation being introduced around credit card fees. Those purchasing tickets via phone or in person at the ticket office will now be charged a booking fee of £2.50 per ticket. Purchases made via the internet, which equates to 83 per cent of sales, will be charged at £1.60 per ticket. Previous charges amounted to £3 per transaction."

In a nutshell the goverment banned businesses from charging people for using their credit cards. So now businesses have just moved that fee to a undescribed 'service charge', to make up the short fall, for any order, including those paid by cash I think. [Post edited 9 Jan 2018 15:04]

Orders placed by phone or in person will incur a £2.50 fee per ticket. Orders placed online will incur a £1.60 fee per ticket, with a further charge of £1.25 per transaction if opting to print at home. International orders will have the option of postage at £5 per transaction.
