| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Yeah or an advisory role. He deserves a gold watch and all that...

Curt on 21:17 - Jan 4 with 11928 views | londonlisa2001 | I think he's been attempting to retire for some time. I would hope that it's a mutual decision if true, If so, how fitting that he will leave his coaching role with a possibly club changing three points. As an aside, the way Llorente celebrated with him at the final whistle last night shows how much he is appreciated even by players that have won everything. Edited - just seen the post with the tweet from his son. A massive shame if he's been forced out. Doesn't change the way he'll be regarded by every Swans fan. I would hope the club will make him an ambassador for as long as he wants. [Post edited 4 Jan 2017 21:21]

Curt on 21:26 - Jan 4 with 11699 views | KGriz16 | Strange decision if he's been forced into something there considering all the recent animosity between fans and management. Hopefully, being moved into a more relaxing role around the football club before people go jumping to conclusions about the news. Can't really see Williams being around much longer either, he's not really made much of a difference to the team as far as I can see. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

If this is true,I hope it's his decision. If not I only hope that he will be treated with the utmost respect. Legend does not even begin to cover it. And he's a real gentleman to boot.Sad times if true.

Curt on 21:27 - Jan 4 by premierjack | It's about time in my opinion. He's a legend of the club but we need to move on, we show a small club mentality when we keep putting him in charge. We need a change and some fresh ideas. Hopefully PC and his staff will do that! All the best AC and thanks for everything |
Who else would you have put in charge for the last 2 games out of interest? Guus Hiddink???
Curt on 21:30 - Jan 4 with 11536 views | Dr_Winston | Clement has to be his own man. Hopefully that'll work out better than it did when Monk populated his coaching team with the cast of Police Academy, but at least we aren't imposing things on him. If that extends to players as well, then we're getting somewhere. As for Curt, 24 carat solid gold legend. Done as much for SCFC as player, kitman, coach and whatever else they've asked him to do for nigh on 50 years. Should always have a place of honour and a seat in the directors box whenever he Goddamn wants one.

Curt on 21:33 - Jan 4 with 11440 views | monmouth | I can understand fully if Clement wants his own team, and I think a clean slate is probably necessary. If the club handles this with the lack of class that is now usual (and it looks like it already has) the Trust needs to publicly flay those responsible.

I think there will be a job for him and he is needed for continuity should it all go wrong yet again. Having said that he has hinted at retirement before Write that book Curt and save it for the film rights. Would be one hell of a read and the movie would put JTAK comfortably in the shade :-)

Curt on 21:34 - Jan 4 with 11408 views | premierjack | I didn't know he was an option to be honest. Obviously curt had to be in charge the last two games but you can tell from his manner that he doesn't want to be.

I wouldn't say it's a small club mentality. To have someone we can rely on to be an interim manager and steady the ship after a manager leaves is probably a great position to be in. Obviously we've no idea how this decision was reached, so for now yes I'll join everyone in saying thanks to AC for everything. Club legend.
