Yeah, Foreign Legion-not for me...Conflict pulled out twice at The Venue in Cardiff mid/late 80's/early 90's, they were surprised then when only 50 turned up when they actually had the decency to turn up! Ikons Of Filth have replaced them, but like FL, I'm not a fan. [Post edited 2 Nov 2016 17:13]

It's the Oi influence in the music for me, I am half with welsh bands oppressed, Partisans, PFS etc as they have their own stamp but later bands are on a cock sparrerthon.
Mind you a mate said the very few who watched FL on Friday enjoyed it.

It was a good night, the band were on top form. It wasn't rammed though, they didn't open upstairs and they'd made downstairs smaller to give the impression it was fuller. Moved the barriers further away from the stage it seemed like, about 4-500 there I reckon, still decent, good atmosphere, no trouble. | |
