Thought they played well today, if they keep up those type of performances and actually score they could stay up this season.

6 points out of 6 for us so far which is a great start. thought our first half performance was great but obviously we dropped off second half and they were up for the fight. Fabianski could possibly be our best signing this season and so far he has looked in control and confident and certain times today I thought that vorm wouldn't have done quite a lot of the things he did to keep a clean sheet.

only player I thought didn't have a good game was JJS, sometimes he is way to aggressive and cost us some free kicks around the area.

other than that I thought swansea looked the business at times out there and have had a great start to the premier league.

now onto the next match!

Maybe cause they were in the championship last season?

Did you copy and paste this off the Man City forum from 15/08/2011? (but changed the first word from Swansea).

No I didn't but thanks for wondering. After all the two are not comparable.

There is a difference between watching a Championship squad of players that are suited to the Championship and watching a team of players that came from the Championship that could take a step up.

It never ceases to amaze me the comparisons that people try and make with comments made on a forum

Well that team of Championship players almost put us to the cosh this afternoon, it was only due to good defensive work, good goal keeping and dare I say it, a good bit of luck that left us with 3 points.

And that is relevant to the comments made about thinking that Burnley will go down because?

They gave us a good game, were unlucky not to get a point yes. They will still go down

They were a good, hardworking side who won't go down without a fight but in all probability will still go down.

Bet you said the same about us after we lost to Manchester City but just changed the team you were thinking of.

They ran us extremely close. They have a canny manager and let's face it the bottom three in this division rarely tear up trees. I doubt they will be cut adrift so survival will always be on the cards. They also have had very recent experience of the Prem.
Yesterday was a tough match and how many times have we failed to win matches such as these? This was a very good three points and West Brom are going to be every bit as tough but a win would see us continue to open up a very decent gap above the bottom three, and very early on in the season.
