QPR Hall of Fame 18:54 - Jul 6 with 9281 views | WokingR | If QPR had a Hall of Fame who would you put in it and why? It seems a bit harsh to insist you separate them and pick just one in this instance, but I still need your reasoning
QPR Hall of Fame on 08:32 - Jul 7 with 1349 views | HantsR | Trevor Sinclair - for the goal that made me gasp in amazement. There should be a statue of him executing that spectacular overhead kick outside our ground.

QPR Hall of Fame on 09:00 - Jul 7 with 1322 views | welwynranger | Players directors and managers come and go and fit in at the time. But as QPR legends go what about these 3. Jim Gregory, Daphne Biggs and the fans some I have known for 50yrs first game 1963.

It's somehow appropriate that in a Hall of Fame you usually find a "bust" | | | | Login to get fewer ads
QPR Hall of Fame on 09:36 - Jul 7 with 1306 views | Tonto | as a few of you know, Im a biof NFL fan - I support the Dallas Cowboys, who have a "ring of honour" around their stadium, where the best players and coaches have their names between the upper and lower tiers of the grandstands. I mention this for two reasons - firstly, it doesnt have to be a hall of fame - but I think the idea is great. the second, becuase when Tex Shram sold the Cowboys to the current owner Jerry Jones, he had one word of advixe - keep the ring of honour exclusive, otherwise it devalues the whole thing. Therefore, the list should be short. Scoring a goal against a rival is not enough. You have to have done it year in year out to qualify, whether that be as an Owner, a player or a manager. Therefore, my list would be: Marsh Bowles Francis Ferdinand Sexton Gregory thats about it...

QPR Hall of Fame on 09:49 - Jul 7 with 1301 views | BrianMcCarthy | Tonto, I would add Stock, Macca, Tony Ingham and Daphne, but agree with it being exclusive.

QPR Hall of Fame on 09:54 - Jul 7 with 1296 views | Discodroid | my hero is gerry francis, the reason i began supporting qpr really , and being grandads favourite player. met him twice and on both occassions called me 'greg' , which was close enough in my book. a real legend and qpr man to the core. and because of my age , simon stainrod who i named my son after, (simon, not stainrod) a real maverick, bon viveur and cooler than ian curtis.

QPR Hall of Fame on 10:21 - Jul 7 with 1216 views | saxbend | Who was the manager who broke our FA Cup duck? He must have good I think he might have played in that game at Old Trafford. Na, can't remember. I'll just say Dennis Bailey. :)
QPR Hall of Fame on 10:23 - Jul 7 with 1210 views | paulparker | With 1882 on this one, this starts & ends with Jim Gregory , local boy done good built the club from nothing & without him we would have been a 3rd or 4th Division club , our most successful time with him came under his chairmanship yes he could be a mean old git, a bit dodgy, a bit of an Arthur daley , but the bloke had QPR in his vains, he made our stadium at the time (early eighties) the most up to date & state of the art going, when he died the club did next to nothing IMHO so the least he deserves is a statue or something named after him
| And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot
That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles

short answer - he was brilliant. Slightly longer answer, most naturally skilfiul defender I've seen, could beat a man with ease even in his own box and always comfortable on the ball. Great penalty taker and did I mention he was brilliant
