Yeah I'm leaning that way as well. It's simple, we want to get as good a coach/manager as possible. If anyone thinks Monk is a better coach/manager than Bielsa then you should see someone urgently about that. There would be a risk that he may not fit but that's nowhere near the risk we're taking by employing Monk. | |

Based on that premis, anyone in the world is open to come to Swansea, when you pay the going rate you get the person you want. Putting a Monk in charge is akin to putting the helpful lady in your local post office in charge of a bank. She knows about stamps, tax discs and how it all works, but hasn't got a clue how to manage and talk through that process with people who have years of experience at that level.
Monk is already looking flakey and the pressure at the moment is off. What will he do when it really starts to hurt come November next season ? | |

We know nothing for certain. However to argue that we should appoint Monk because we don't know we could appoint anyone else is stupid on so many levels.
