I think JK was in the team because of the absence of Cav a Lund, JK pairing is a stronger midfield defensively than Lund, Allen. | |

The midfield for me was too lethargic yesterday. The ball wasn't moved around quickly enough and give D&R time to regroup and get bodies behind the ball when we were on the 'attack'. JK is obviously a good player but he looked off the pace to me and I don't think yesterday was the kind of game where he would usually flourish anyway. I know Allen is young and we're blooding him through so to speak but he's not going to improve unless he gets a consistent run of games and with Cavanagh out, he should be playing week in and week out alongside Lund. We know Lund can play a deeper role if required and Allen seems to bring a much needed urgency to the game when he features, something which was definitely required yesterday. |  | | |

I don't know why everyone is so keen on JK. The last time I saw him was before he left. Stagnant in midfield going round in circles didn't impress me then and was glad to see him go.
