This has to be one of our best performances of the season. We dominated most of the match, were extremely unlucky to concede, coped well with Cook's injury and hardly gave PNE a chance. I thought Preston's only half decent spell was when Frey and Chair came on and we took a bit of time to adjust.

Smyth again was excellent. There are still questions about his final ball, but he is improving and frightens defenders with his pace. He was hauled down countless times, winning the kicks and hit the bar once. And what about Jimmy? All action hero, rampaging down the right, creating danger in the area at every corner and inspiring the team and fans.

Morgan playing as the No 10 did very well and was involved in some of our best moments before fading late on.

The only criticism is we should have scored more, Field, Paal and Dunne missing good chances. MotM Jimmy Dunne.
