I just found a video of it and it was harsh Iāll admit. When I saw it yesterday it was analysed a bit more and I was sure there was (the tiniest) bit of separation which no one would have seen.
Now, looking at it again but without the forensic views of it what I did see was the ball grounded short then pushed forward with no downward pressure. Therefore a knock on. Before TMO thatās a try every day. TMO spots the smallest of infringements however.
I would have loved it to be awarded and that would have made Wales favourites at that stage maybe. Whether Ireland could have dug deep late in the game weāll never know. |

If there was any doubt about it, donāt you think the entire Welsh press woukd be all over it calling the ref, Lino, TMO etc. cheats?? There nothing I can see other than it being called a āfiendishly close callā in one newspaper.
Now, why would I lie about this? Are you ok, because you sound just a little bit stressed out by it all?
If I was mistaken, then so was the TMO and comms / pundits.
Calm down a little before launching a tirade like that, it reflects badly on you. |

On the tv yes. His fingers moved appearing like a separation. Iād like it to have been given as well but cameras pick almost everything up these days. |

I thought they said the downward pressure was short (as you said) then he took his hand off, repositioned his fingers and moved the ball forward, hence the knock on decision. As you say, small margins and incredibly unlucky. |

Yes, it was a good team performance where everyone contributed from the first whistle to the last.
However, Iām keeping my feet firmly in the ground. We played a style yesterday that wasnāt normal for us which also meant the opposition were taken by surprise. The more games we play the more other teams will know how to set up. Itās at that point weāll see a) how good the players are and b) whether Sheehan can tweak things to keep the opposition guessing - something they didnāt have to waste time on when Martin and Williams were at the helm.
Hopefully, weāll get the required points well before the danger zone and can relax and start planning on additions for next season.
Whether that will be under Sheehan or not Iāll wait and see. |

Game of fine margins. If Meeās attempt was given, who knows what may have happened.

Itās getting to the point that itās not newsworthy anymore.
We need a heavy counter balance in politics. Iād love to see AfD in Germany get power and Refirm here. It may not be for long but it would be the short, sharp shock the mainstream parties need to understand what the public feeling is. |

Whoa R, letās not get too excited.
Yes, today was a vast improvement on previous games, no shadow of a doubt. But I think Sheehan has to do a lot more to be put in the next manager bracket. Heāll have the rest of the season for sure but they all need to build on today, get over the lineš¤and get as many points as possible. Three more wins couple with a few drwpaws will see us there Iāve no doubt.

Could have been worse.
Late late winner for Millwall at Derby which is good for us.
Putting my objective hat on I thought the Goutas Red was harsh. Iāve only seen it once from the one angle but Iād be delighted if we got someone off for that type of challenge. |

We really need to show energy and intensity today. Get the crowd up which will help them. Iām looking at the other games in bits and pieces and thereās players running for the ball, showing they care. Thatās been lacking so hopefully today weāll see a different attitudeš¤ |
