Another one of Steven Gerrard's backroom boys from Rangers... Inexplicably inexplicable. |

Most fans on here were really happy with the direction of the club in pre-season, the stats-based approach was seen as a transition to a more modern approach in today's game, and we were onboard. The signings were welcomed, but there were a few rumblings about the lack of English league experience amongst them. We managed to shift on a lot of players that needed shifting - across the whole of the squad, development etc, and staff too – it all looked really positive, at least to me. We made a couple of early signings, but the majority had to come late in the window, as we usually do to try and grab a bargain or 2. At that point, I was happy, and I thin most of us were pretty happy? Then the actual football started, and it all went south. No cohesion, no discernible style, no flow to our game... and no goals. I was waiting for November (© Wycleff) for the team to settle and start gelling, but it hasn't materialised yet. I think most fans would be more forgiving if we were playing better and just not getting the rub of the green, but aside from a couple of flurries that required the ghost of Gordon Banks to turn up in the opposition goal, its all been really poor. We've gambled on Nourry and it hasn't' paid off. In Marti I trust, but even he has to shoulder some of this - we've not looked capable at all. Yes, there are injuries - a lot of injuries to key players, but there have been some head scratching decisions too, at least from my limited understanding of footballing strategy. I don't know if Nourry should go or not, I understand that we are bottom of the league and its precarious to say the least, but his approach seems to mirror that of many other clubs who have had success, but we're QPR and, well, of course. I don't want Marti to go, I know that. The owners? Who would have us, and what would their motive be?... look at Reading ffs. |

It's almost like the UK version of the 80's classic 'Major League'... |

When we knocked them over last season, I was round my mate's house, who is a HUGE Leeds fan, and has a HUGE mouth to go with it - they were going up, we were tin pot, couldn't wait etc etc I took a picture of him after each goal 1st picture, the facial expression was a bit like 'that's weird, they've scored' 2nd picture was more like 'oh feck' 3rd picture was the middle finger 4th picture just had a blanket over his head It was one of the best days of my life. Leeds 2-0 |

I just think the world is moving on now mate - analytics, stats, trends. He'll be seen as a dinosaur. I'm not disagreeing with you either, I just think the 'old school' is done, it's no longer about football the game, it's about football the business. |

I'm not one for identifying patterns of play, shapes or a strategy, but I can see when something isn't working. I haven't yet this season looked at how we're setup, or how we play and thought 'I can see what he's trying to do here'... It's no well oiled machine, obviously - we're hopeless – but it all looks so reactive, like 'I've got the ball, who's free?', as opposed to 'yep, I now know my next move is to go wide, or through the middle'... Last night, we mostly passed it along the back a few times, and then went long, completely bypassing the midfield. Can anyone who is more savvy than I please explain what they think Marti is trying to do? |

Do you remember when Brian declared himself a site policeman? Dark days indeed. |

You could put a bowl of jelly on the centre spot at Loftus Road, and we would make it look dangerous and conspire to concede a goal against it. |

My Dad Wrote A Porno is up there as one of the funniest I’ve ever heard . For true crime, Cold was very good, as was Bear Brook. For investigative podcasts, Last Man Standing about the journalist John Cantlie, who ISIS took, was utterly amazing. The Lazarus Heist about North Korea’s hackers was also fantastic. Lastly, a shout for British Scandal, just informative and entertaining. |

My wife is Maltese, so we go over every year to see family. I love it, enjoy! |

Agreed, I dread not having a focal point for which all my weekend activities revolve around. Thank goodness the NFL isn't an international sport. |
