Where are the "Nourry out" comments now ??? 21:54 - Dec 21 with 7782 viewsnumptydumpty

A decent run of form solves a great deal of ills.

I was as worried as most with our direction and it truly wasn't smelling of roses around here for long periods.

I can't say hardly anyone saw this coming but things are seriously looking much much better.

So as for signings

Nardi
Morrison
Varane
Morgan
Saito

All looking good

Signings injured but have had few signs of improvement

Dembele
Celar

Youth players progressing well

Kolli
Lloyd

Other signings - some hopes

Ashby
Madsen

Ones that a way to go

Santos
Bennie

Existing squad players performing / injured

Cook
Dunne
Smyth
Field
Chair

Frey
JCS
Colback

Others

Paal
EDB
Anderson

Seems a squad that does have more depth than previously if we look at recent form.

Was Nourry ster right all along???

And as soon as we have all been made aware of who is injured once when they are due back - has coincided with upturn in form.

Suddenly this forum has all gone quiet on the Nourry Out rhetoric !!!

Am not being a smart a*se. I was worried about the set up as much as anyone,..

Was the data right all along ??

Well done Jonathan Varane.

He's gone from one of the worst signings we've ever made to a 10m PL target in a few short weeks.

My word.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

I just wish Nourry would pull his finger out and give Jimmy a contraction extension asap. I can't for the life of me understand why there's not even been talks yet.

Technology advances, unfortunately humans do not.

You just know we are going to fck this one up! He must have quite a few clubs getting interested and he cannot be far away from a ROI full call up.

Rude as ever.

Yes, I know Cifuentes has input into signings just as Belk does but, as CEO and de facto director of football, the buck stops with Nourry. While he must then take the lion share of the blame, Cifuentes has to find the solutions.

And, in regard to your reply to my other post regarding Nourry's communication strategy, your argument works both ways. You don't know either. I prefer to take Clive's perspective on this particular issue rather than a contrarian like you.

Not rude, just reasonably counter-argumentative. And if you want to treat the man (or rather your caricature of him as a 'contrarian' for the sake of it) rather than the argument as if LfW were some kind of cult, good luck!

You've said this quite a few times, surely the shock has worn off a bit?

No it gets worse......more & more posters making up stories and they have no idea, typically with transfer fees & wages of players. It all stems from Norf not being permitted to interview MC imho earlier in the season when he has interviewed other Managers in the past - Nourry gets the blame!!!

Innit they’ve all put ‘Numpty’ on ignore

And a merry Xmas to your good self too.

I can't see the point of an ignore button on here myself. Everyone follows Rangers. And like most can take criticism if deserved or otherwise.

Don't see the point of it myself but guessing you can't read this one JimmyR as you have ignored me !!!
Happy Easter to yourself then !!!

Nourry out, Marti in

Let's not forget how this all started. With rumours circulating that nourry was going to sack Marti.

That campaign has successfully led to the club being a little more open with injuries etc.

Additionally, Marti is still here and delivering what most of us thought he could.

Nourry has made mistakes for sure but it’s made up rubbish to fit the agenda of the few who are desperate to see him gone that make me laugh. So far we’ve had:-

Nourry was going to sack Cifuentes

Nourry was forcing Cifuentes not to play Kolli

Nourry was trying to force Kolli to move to Saudi Arabia

Nourry was seen at the training ground in his own monogramed tracksuit demanding to pick the team/choose tactics

Nourry has frozen out Cifuentes from the recruitment process and made all the signings via his laptop

I'll put my #NourryOut on hold until the end of the next transfer window.

Back in November on the massive Noury Out thread I said

In every substantive way, the club has gone out of the way this season to restrict and filter information, whether that be financially (transfers, contract lengths), operationally (who's fit to play and when anyone isn't will be fit, access to the coaching staff) or organisationally (who works here and what they do).

Since then someone's decided to communicate regular - and pragmatic - injury updates (we went from Dembele being "a few days away" to "fùcked until Feb, earliest"), and we've had a reasonable statement about how and why our head of performance is on another continent (still don't agree with it).

Like our performances on the pitch, it's by no means perfect but the comms from the club have improved and that shows a willingness to listen and act. Nourry will find running this club like tap-dancing in a mindfield and will doubtless blow another toe off at some point but if he's responsible for the change in comms... fair play.

This! The installation of an 'Ignore' button at all is a bit of an embarrassment in my opinion, and people who use it to block people who challenge their world-view/view of Rangers even more so.
