Most certainly, but they will be long forgotten after the first kick of the Championship season.

Matt O'Riley scored again for Celtic.
It is a shame Russell M was not backed on this signing when he was leaving MK Dons.

Take into account he would of played for us for one or two seasons then been sold anyway for way less than he was worth.

£1.5m release fee at MK. So much potential upside to the signing even without the use of hindsight

You can't be serious with those 2 examples, we had a good price for Downes, no way less than he was worth, and as for Wood was there anybody other than Saints interested?

It was as bizarre a decision at the time as it seems now not to proceed with O’Riley even with hindsight. Especially when he must have sanctioned £400k for Fisher when we didn’t even need a keeper at the time as we had Hamer & Benda on the books
