I think we will struggle to sell out - we don't even put all the tickets on sale. The Northwest corner is still shut forcing fans who would like to sample the singing and noisey end to go to the south stand. Also, tickets in the north east lower corner that are empty every game deliberately held back. Where are fans who want to go for the atmosphere meant to go? [Post edited 29 Feb 11:34]

I was at Ninian Park in 1996 when we won 3-1 with less than 4000 there. Similarly a couple of years before that we had 3700 at the Vetch. In terms of entertainment value it’s tended to disappoint. This season neither club is excelling. Mid table mediocrity for both clubs it seems. | |

If this fixture was a few months ago then maybe yes , they were on a bit of a run and as usual cocky with it, now I don't think so ,their 5 points in front with similar performances to ours .Williams isn't Duff ( thank the lord) and will know the significance of the fixture and with a win tomorrow confidence should grow with the squad and the supporters . | |

I should have elaborated it better, lately for ie we took 2000 to West Brom, Plymouth, qpr, Watford and more to the wurzels tomorrow…slightly closer than the turgid trips oop north we all to contend with. The appeal of the Derby, leaving at 7 am for a match 30 odd miles away to be treated like a leper with no drinks etc isn’t appealing is it? | | | |
