Why would Russia bomb a prison garrison full of prisoners that they had already captured? Wouldn't it be easier to put them on trial, send them to Siberia or even hang or shoot them.50 were killed, and they have 70 plus who were injured and now have to be taken care off medically. It doesn't add up
