I recognise his undoubted quality and importance to some very average QPR teams but Luke Freeman for me, just never warmed to him.
Often noticed him stropping or throwing his hands up if he didn't get the pass he wanted which just wasn't for me. Wish him all the best, appreciate what did but far from a favourite of mine.

Defo Gallen for me too. Very arrogant and self centred. Was a terrible captain too. Also Martin Rowlands I never could take to him although an excellent player at the time.
Can't really think of any off the top of my head and if you have to think about it you probably don't really dislike them.
My take on Gallen is that from what I've read over the years he probably is a bit of an arse, but against that I loved him as a player, he really pulled up that 2003 onwards team by its bootstraps and a big part of that was he shared our pain at the club's predicament. You could argue that he couldn't really play for any other team, but he was definitely below his level in the third tier. I remember one game in Hounslow (probably the 1-1 draw) when he just refused to pass to Eric Sabin whatever position he was in. Selfish twåt or was he just acknowledging what we all knew, that any other option would be better?
Just listened to the `I had trials once' podcast with Charlie Austin. Quite a lot of good stuff in there, especially the stories about Taarabt and Barton. Interesting to get a players take.

armand traore, SWP
Rio - yes and no - given different circumstances don't think he would have helped in saving us from relegation.
Juergen Sommer could not warm to him never really rated him as a player although never seen enough of him on match of the day to judge.
John Spencer - the saviour to take us back to the promised land came up short ( no pun intended) and expensive at the time.
Joel Lynch - could never get anyone to buy him in championship manager and he was always a wage drain...
Gary Bannister - rated him as player but I got more doubles of him that any other player in my 1987 football album alas I got sick of him and got a cuff round the head for saying f**king bannister again...
Mixed feelings about some mentions on this thread:
Charlie Austin- goal machine for us, played in pain a lot of the time, surprised anyone would dislike him.
Kevin Gallen- bit of an idol for me growing up in the same area and with Irish parents too. We thought he was going to be massive and then with the injury he fizzled out. Returned at our lowest ebb and gave me my happiest times following rangers under Holloway. For 3/4 years the club was united Having said this I have unfollowed him on twitter as he's a right grump!
One I would add is Matt Phillips. Excellent player but always looked so miserable!

Tony Currie - arrogant git. Once told me to f**k off after I clapped him on the back at the end of a pre-season match. Always thought he felt playing for QPR was beneath him - except for the FA Cup final(s) of course!

Lee Cook
I never liked him once I heard about his off the field stuff and behavior
Dare I ask what that was? He is one of idols so perhaps I shouldn't ask.
Matt Phillips is a good shout by someone a few posts back. There were too many games where he appeared to be coasting and very short on commitment to the cause.
"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

One from leftfield would be Pascal Chimbonda. Undoubtedly a good player (although more before he joined than when he actually played and yes I know he only played 3 games) but felt like he felt he was too good for us and was doing us a favour.
Posting for postings sake?! I've only just started...

David Seaman don't think I ever saw him save a penalty. And any free kick from around the box seemed to fly in. Wasn't bothered at all when he left. Much preferred Stejskal.
You couldn't have been at games when he did then.

Only penalty’s I remember seaman saving for us was in the Simod cup against Watford where he saved 4, other than Euro 96 cant remember him saving many.
favourite cheese mature Cheddar. FFS there is no such thing as the EPL
Some funny names on here - I don't blame Austin for how he behaved at Soton - I would too - one of those clubs I just don't like.
Possibly partly due to winning about the one game I ever wanted Man Unre to win - when they changed shirts at HT - which perversely is another reason I really hate United - again typical QPR luck (relegated in 96 season).
Hard to say with good players one dislikes as it's about why you don't like them, or think you don't like them.
With Social Media and so on it's easier to form an opinion (to a degree) of the person beyond the player on the pitch.
With good players (for the club) it's hard because generally we don't have the best...so..
Someone mentioned Jurgen Sommer - not sure he'd really qualify for this thread because he wasnt really very good - or I didnt think.

Somer was a good shot stopper and not a bad keeper at all in my opinion.
Feel sorry for him because he is forever associated with our relegation but he won us a few points that season and kept us in the hunt for survival more than some remember/acknowledge in my opinion.

Apparently I was in the minority who thought Holloway was awful and the obvious weak leak of that side.
Thought he was incredibly lucky to have had a career to be honest 😳
No I remember him getting a lot of stick in that early-mid 90's team. Him, Simon Barker and Impey were often targets. I'll always remember voices in the Loft having a go at Impey for cutting in too much.

You maybe right here and I am possibly confusing him partly (age related) to Dykstra???...
