Sorry but I can’t believe that figure tonigh 2700 I would have said more like 4500
Why do we keep giving these sort of figures out it’s embarrassing.

I would say more like it was 3700 not 2700

According to commentary on iplayer it was 3700

Surprisingly not. That's why there was only about half-dozen stewards trying to stop the fans running onto the pitch at full time. I remember us playing Berry and Stockport in cup games and there being about one steward to every half-dozen fans (I might be over-exaggerating a little, but it was heavily stewarded).

I think downunder meant those who were looking after the pitch were higher in numbers than usual, so say usually 5 staff on a matchday became 50 yesterday. (I have no idea of the figures, clearly!)
