If the Football league see this as an insolvency event under Football League regulations, then Birmingham City FC could be deducted 10 points. The receivers, Ernist and young are disputing this as an 'insolvency event' under Football League regulations.
Blimey, all that sounds very complicated. It would bring Birmingham - 32 points, right back into relegation zone though, along with Pool - 22, Wigan - 28, Millwall - 31, Rotherham - 37 and Brighton - 37 points.
Just a thought.

If Peter Clark is fit, he has got to play, he fronts and leads the team.
