With McBurnie, Fulton, Grimes, Rodon and now Roberts signed up for the next few years, the club have done well in locking down our younger talent.
By my reckoning we're left with contracts expiring on more experienced players only:
Fer
Bony
VDH
Olsson
Narsingh
Routledge
I wouldn't be surprised if all these left next summer. I can't imagine we'll offer Routledge and Narsingh new deals and the club have an option on Bony for another year but I can't see a scenario they'd take it without some serious wage re-negotiation. And that's if he's even here after January. I'd like to see Fer and Olsson stay but their age and higher wages will probably see them move on as they seek to get what will likely be the final big deal of their career.
VDH is probably the one most would like to see stay but I suspect he will have some decent offers on the table. [Post edited 22 Nov 2018 10:58]

We seem to currently be negotiating:
Clucas to Wolves
Fernandez to Newcastle
Fulton to Reading
Ayew to Fulham/Palace
And there seems to be a possibility of Naughton going too.
We also seem to be trying to sign
Ryan Woods
Carl Jenkinson
And will obviously need to see a replacement CB if Fernandez goes. And really, we need another striker.
That is a lot of business to wrap up in 27 hours. Most likely we'll sell most the top list and have to fall back on the loan back. Concerning what shape the squad will look like by the end of the window tomorrow. [Post edited 8 Aug 2018 14:01]

The spokesperson for the Ayew family, Fiifi Tackie has revealed that Ghana striker Jordan Ayew will leave Swansea City before the summer transfer window shut down.
Jordan joined Swansea City eight months after being relegated with Aston Villa in the Championship.
The former Olympique Marseille forward became a key figure for the Welsh-based club despite suffering relegation to the Championship.
Ahead of the new campaign, Celtic, Fulham and Liverpool have all expressed interest in signing the pacy forward.
However, Fiifi Tackie has confirmed the 26-year-old will leave the Swans before the summer transfer window ends.
"I can assure you that Jordan Ayew will leave Swansea City before the summer transfer window comes to an end," he told Nhyira FM.
"We have received offers from other clubs but we are considering the Premier League clubs," he added.

Am I crazy or did he once upon a time actually offer a decent attacking threat? He looks aimless in the opposition’s final third now. Steps in on his right and plays a weak feeble cross that either won’t clear the first man or will clear everyone. |

How is it fair to use this in some games but not others in the same tournament?
Ref was useless today, but that’s two clear penalties not given that VAR wouldn’t take more than 30 seconds to award. |

Don’t know if this has already been pointed out but I was just looking at prior year PL tables after 27 matches and this is the third year in a row we’ve been on 27 points after that many games. Hopefully a good omen for survival.
Unfortunately I made the mistake of looking at the season before that. 40 points....feels like a long time ago we weren’t worrying about relegation
