Cav had his best game so far today an guess what Coleman took him off, beggars belief this guy so tactically inept.
It was yet again another game where our full backs were awful due to having no assistance in front of them, this was evident from very early on but we didnt change our formation to adapt.
Have to say Zola and Kee excellent !

You are right about this lad having some talent but he is nowhere near physically ready for the first team yet, his crossing is woeful and needs some work, but it is nice to see some natural talent within the club and definitely worth nurturing. |

I beg to differ that we are better than last season, I thought Eyre was useless and this guy isnt any better.
Having said that not alot could be gained from changing the manager every 12 months so it appears we are stuck watching this uninspiring bunch for the time being. |

I took in the youth game last night as I had the previous round against Sheffield Utd, they are by far the best two games I have seen at Spotland this season.
Jamie Allen could certainly be pushing for a first team start next season as hopefully will a few others the season after.
It was just a pleasant change to see the endeavour and passion along with proper use of the 4-3-3 system.
Interestingly I was chatting to one of the lads parents and they had total respect for Beech and Ellis, not a bad word to say about them.

Your entitled to your opinion but for me we are awful to watch have no genuine pace about the team and the defence is dreadful.
I will give it a miss this week maybe the break along with the other 1,000 will do me good ? |

You make alot of valid points Col, however have to disagree about his time at Accy and the players he has recruited from there, what did they actually achieve ? dont recall them being promoted from league 2 so the said players clearly arent good enough, Mcintyre being the prime example he is simpkinesque.
We need to be solid at the back keep clean sheets and build from there, our two centre halves were awful on Saturday, i brought two fans of other clubs to the game and they we astounded that R Edwards could be so woeful and yet retain his place week in week out. |

Totally agree, JC will be here for a while because we cant afford to get rid and our league position is very good, however this division is the the worst i can remember.
I know several people who no longer attend home games due to apathy of the club in general and the god awful boring football we play at home.
Saturday may well see our crowd dip below 1500 which should be extremely worrying to our apathetic board. |

You clearly weren't their last night then because we played 3 midfielders matey !
I thought it was two awful teams of which neither played any good football and if Thorpe hadn't took so long sorting Bennett out we may not have conceded with 11 men on the pitch.
Bell and Coleman were giving Thorpe untold grief after they scored. |

Unfortunately when Dele is on the pitch we try to play into him all the time, although no Gorgeous Georges biggest fan he does have a bit of pace and Grant and Grimes both get in the game more when he his playing with them, this was the case at Rotheham too. |
