They’ve got no way of knowing who voted which way though. They can do half arsed polls of a few hundred people but extrapolating that to an electorate of 40 odd million or whatever it is is just not very scientific in the slightest. |

How long does someone need to be living in wales to be considered Welsh out of interest? |

It’s not 8 years though is it? We left the EU in early 2020 then went straight into a pandemic for 2 years. Progress was being made with the Trump administration but then The Biden administration started playing silly buggers over Ireland so talks stagnated so we had to reach agreements with individual states instead. |

In short no. It would be hugely embarrassing for Starmer politically to have a very public fall out with the POTUS. Every postwar leader has had cordial and positive relations with their counterparts across the Atlantic despite there often being great political differences between them. Starmer is clearly afraid of Trump. The sending of Prince William in his place to the reopening of notre dame said it all. He doesn’t like being in a situation he can’t control. |

Teams who play against us know for a cast iron certain fact that there are specific threats they will never face: A) we will never ever ever attempt to play the ball through the defence or over the top for players to run on to. B) We will never ever attempt a shot from distance. C) upon winning the ball possession back we will never ever attempt to exploit the situation and space with a quick counter attack. This means we are incredibly easy to play against. |

You’re forgetting the undeniable biological fact that the young people from 2016 will be nearly two decades older, they will have grown out of their student politics phase and matured into normal rational thinking human beings. |

Yes they lied about him being a terrorist sympathiser just because there was lots of evidence of him spending the best part of forty years cuddling up to members of the IRA, Hamas and Hezbollah and using his own voice to call them friends. They called him an antisemite despite there being lots of evidence that he has publicly hated Israel all his life and has famously supported those aforementioned groups who would kill all Jews given the chance. His retweeting of grotesque archaic caricatures of shady looking Jewish men with racist tropes such as big hooked noses and circular glasses playing a board game on the backs of downtrodden oppressed people perpetuating the age old racist conspiracy theory that the Jews are controlling the world was simply his way of bringing peace to the Middle East. How dare they print such things just because it’s fact and there’s forty odd years of evidence to support it? |

The biggest problem for me with the governments actions around WFA and the farmers tax is it’s not really benefiting anyone. It’s not raising much money for the treasury and it’s not saving much either. They’ve admitted as much themselves. They have often trotted out the line that the vast majority will be unaffected. So why do it then? It just seems completely ideological. |

What is a “usual jihadist zealot” in reality though? The hijackers on 9/11 were made up of lawyers, schoolteachers and engineers. This guy is a doctor. Anyone can be radicalised and very quickly. His posts on Twitter from years ago might not be indicative of his frame of mind in recent months. The fact is if he just wanted to cause carnage and kill people he could have selected any crowd, a football match, a beer festival. But he has seemingly targeted the fairytale section of a Christmas market where there were likely to be lots of children and families. Just like the Ariana grande bombing, just like the Southport stabbings, children appear to have been the target. |

Presumably the sort of mental disturbance that makes people believe there’s a fictional all seeing all knowing superman living in the sky who wants you to commit the most heinous atrocities that he easily has the power to do himself in order to reward you with lots of virgins in paradise. Because people who believe in fictional supermen clearly don’t have their faculties working in a logical manner. |

He almost certainly won’t be a “lone wolf”. He’s been groomed and radicalised by certain groups who put the mental in fundamentalists. |
