I'd not be keen on Gannon coming, but his record at Stockport (first time round) wasn't bad: appointed Jan 2006, and did enough to avoid relegation, which looked likely; 06-07, 8th in L2; 07-08, Wembley play-off win against Dale; 08-09, 18th in L1. But since then he's not done well - though doing much with Stockport currently is a big job for anybody. | | | |
