Other clubs do it, but it was bad last night, I put it down to the tension on the game because Spurs were 1 up from first leg and Liverpool were a little frustrated with taking the time they took to get the goal back tension continued until the penalty.
That's not to excuse the fans by any stretch,they were well out of order and there was no need of any of it. but a lot of it is probably down to the way society has changed and morso since Covid in my opinion, I notice that a lot of attitudes have changed I deal with customers every day and I certainly notice it, not all are like it to be fair either, but it's there and through all ages. |  |
