Yesterday showed why it’s so important to keep our quality players and not just look to cash in . Sulemana on fire at the moment, MOTD were raving about him, he’s been given a new lease of life under Juric . KWP is always quality we need top players to have any chance of survival which is very slim I know. Oh and what a debut for Wellington!! | |

Juric is taking a chance with his 'heavy metal 'football. THB and Bednarek have to cover far too much as part of a three in defensive hence they always seem to be a mistake waiting to happen.
I wish Juric would just calm down a little and go to a solid 4-4-2 so that 'round pegs fit into round holes' and the two central defenders can play their proper roles covering for each other while the right and left backs can just hold back instead of having, desperately, to charge back taking a chance on averting a concerted attack - which is not proper defending in my book - you defend with your back to your own goal.
I hope KWP, Suleman and Oguchukwu stay till the end of the season and beyond although I can't see that happening in reality. Suleman and the Big Man seem our only realistic chance of goals at the moment. | |
