Drop off to restrict space in behind, and bang it long to escape our press. High balls on top of Nordfeldt.

The Official Norwich City Vs Swansea City Match Thread on 20:43 - Mar 8 by jackrmee | Good half. Potter has really got these guys passing. Everyone putting effort in there. Nordfelt looks so much more assured than Mulder with the ball at his feet. Really playing some confident balls about back there. We are controlling the top team away from home, Creating more chances, all without our top striker and with half s team of kids who no-one had heard of outside the club a few months ago. Not many managers could do that. I think, once the majority of the squad have mastered the possession game, GP will start implementing some quicker moves and different tactics to bamboozle opponents. We are definitely getting there. It’s not all about results. The final result doesn’t really mean too much to me compared to the performance and the learning aspect. Of course, I’m still up for an unbeaten run and a Wembley playoff win mind you 🤫 |
Dreaming dreaming is free. Would be nice though.

The Official Norwich City Vs Swansea City Match Thread on 20:37 - Mar 8 by Brad_Bobbly | Proud of what exactly? Is this how far we’ve fallen? Proud of a 0-0 half Time result v. Norwich?! |
In life you have to deal with the "now", and yes learn from the past. If you can't be pleased with that 1st half performance against a side that unlike us have not just been relegated, maybe just jump on the next exponentially upward spiralling club and "support" them eh? We are building, and on a wonderful platform in my view. Seen it all in 40+ years supporting the swans and I'm loving this. Anyway, back to the game...
The Official Norwich City Vs Swansea City Match Thread on 20:48 - Mar 8 with 2280 views | monmouth | Really enjoyed that. We often played rings around them. A bit more conviction to go for it when the chance is there and we'd be well ahead. Even though I expect them to get get the points, we are so clearly moving the right way. Just some more belief and looking for a quicker ball to the player in space needed. Should be ahead, and a million times better than the Leeds and Weds performances.

Belief AND the addition of 1-2 players who are goal threats. That's all we're missing. Question is, can Potter keep his players in the summer, let alone add to them?

The Official Norwich City Vs Swansea City Match Thread on 21:00 - Mar 8 with 2022 views | LeonWasGod | Feck. What a hit though. Brilliant that, not just the finish but the dummy he sold Grimes to set himself. That's the difference. Individual quality. Potter's doing a good job, but he'll never make players like Dyer and Routs clinical infront of goal.
