I like the bit about us being the "stars of the show". Presumably that explains why they blast neon advertising in our faces, sometimes make us queue for ages to get in, always make us queue for ages for a warm flat beer, and why they excluded our legal representative from vital club business and then lied to us about it, repeatedly.
I'd hate to see how they treat people who aren't the stars of the show.
