It would be nice. I'm currently on a short break up in Newark and there's a lot of history up here that visitors are made aware of. Swansea arguably has more history than most towns or cities. It would be nice to see it interpreted somehow around the city.
What happened to the restaurant on the boat in the marina? We need a nice maritime restaurant/bar!!!

Where has it gone wrong for us again? Let's not forget we lost out before too. Surely the team behind this would have taken on board the issues from the last knock back and ensured success this time around.

The generation before ours would have asked what about Wynford? For them Wynford Vaughan-Thomas was the radio journalist. For those with loved ones at the front his calm, measured tones would have been compulsive listening.

I never mind losing, but when, regardless of the quality of the bid, it seems to be a foregone conclusion it really pis ses me off.
I was always aware of our bid, having signed a few petitions etc but until a few weeks ago wasn't sure of the others. I took one look at the list and said to the wife, this is pointless it will be Coventry and so it transpired.
Feel really sorry for those who have put so much effort into it, when it was a stich up. Gutted.
