Shouldn't matter should it? Kodi is just the platform (so it's definitely not the end for Kodi) and the Sportsmania guys have been planning since the court ruling, so I'b be very surprised if they haven't got around it.

More worried about the likes of exodus.

The load the add-in from a local file downloaded from a website. Same thing.

There will always be a workaround.

Exodus is fine. Phoenix has gone. I used that quite a lot for sport on demand

Exodus is tv and films so I doubt they'll be targeting that yet.

Just don't mention IPTV

Kodi wont be shut down, some addons might close but as was mentioned earlier on another addon will appear or just get a subscription, no problems then to worry about

Nothing changes just technology.
Kodi can't be closed down or any other platform.
The apps that load on to kodi may be affected but who cares, there are others and already there are new builds and add ons available.
It's all bullshit, don't be lead by the neck every day.

But Sky does not show all the games you can get on Streams, so unless you are a top 6 team fan why bother?

On a selfish note...good. Less pressure on add on providers if Sky don't feel the burn and the scare stories work. It's the rampant growth of stream use that is killing it.

Actually, should read, on a very selfish note.

I agree, I stopped bothering some time ago.

If Sky stopped charging £90 a month for a decent package and worked out a deal with the FA or whoever is stopping them broadcasting all PL games, 3.00 or not, like most other countries, I'm sure a lot of people would go back to them. I would.

Getting their own product in order would be a more sustainable solution than chasing their tail shutting down streams while others turn up in their place.

I guess its the same age old argument that fans of lower league clubs wouldn't go to games if PL games were being shown at 3pm on Saturdays.

Personally if we were in the lower divisions it wouldn't stop me & Id be more than happy to pay £5 (as an example) for a pay to view Swans game I'm not attending.

It's a defunct argument, because those games are now being shown on Saturdays, albeit not officially. If someone in Gillingham wants to watch Man United every week, they can. Neither Sky nor the FA can change that

I'd be the same as you. I'd pay a reasonable subscription to watch our away games if a broadcaster offered it.

Sportmania, £50 a season :)

If Sky did that, they'd be deluged and put the streams out of business in an instant.

Being c***s of course, they'd then increase it to £500.

For the likes of me & you yes but I have mates (Swans ST holders) who have no incline on setting up a box to watch via a stream reckon its to much hassle (I know its not)

Reasonable subscription but as pay per view Id imagine the majority on here go to home games & do a few aways.

I'm sorted mate ;) I meant if Sky were doing it for tenner a month, ppv games for a fiver or something I'd pay it. £90 for mediocre coverage and I'll stay where I am thanks.

There are a number of links when you google sportmania. Could you post the correct url so people can sign up to the correct service and not some dodgy one.
Thanks
