Well done Mr Bradley on 19:11 - Oct 19 by Swansea_Viking | The DSA was set up with the help of the Swans Trust and the Club. It is designed as an independent entity as a representative body and a conduit for any feedback into the club. It also has its social aims such as the event last night. It is great that the club, stadium management company and the Trust are all so supportive of the DSA. The DSA is young in age but is going from strength to strength. This is pleasing to see following the recent criticism of premier league clubs in their treatment of disabled fans. Many clubs look to the Swans as an example of how to deal with disabled fans. A lot more can, and is being done to continuously improve. What people saw last night for example was the result of a lot of hard work by a lot of people behind the scenes. A lot goes on behind the scenes regarding disability issues and I for one feel lucky to work with such people from the DSA committee, club, Trust and stadium management who do a lot of work on behalf of our disabled fans so a big thank you from me. |
Excellent Ian, there's a lot wrong with the club but this is a shining light | |
