Ref didn't blow. Put the whistle to his lips and played advantage.

Jazz not up to it unfortunately. We MUST strengthen this area next month.

On the Fab dismissal, is the handball reason enough for an appeal?

Well Mr Monk you got it all wrong today tactically and with your subs !

Shocking decisions on and off the pitch !

Dont be silly. What subs should he have made?

He didnt make Britton give the ball away and didnt make fabianski get sent off.

We were simply beaten by the better side and our key players (bony aside) did not have a good game.

Why look for blame all the time?

As difficult as today has been, it's only told us what we already know about lack of cover at full back being a priority area for strengthening. We may have a shout to appeal the red due to the handball?

You can't blame Monk!!!!

Terrible defending and Song has absolutely ruined out midfield all game. Carroll will get MOM cos he scored but Song has been head and shoulders above everyone!!

Rangel's had a mare too. We're very weak at fb.

Never seen Rangel so poor, lost count of the number of loose passes. Not at the fair today, same with Routs and jazz poor in that position. Oh well onward we go.

poor defending again.

One thing is certain, Jazz Richards is not a left back.

Doesn't pretend to be does he? One thing is for certain though, Jazz Richards wasn't responsible for that defeat.

We need to take this on the chin, as we were pretty much awful all over the pitch, but I really do think GM needs to have a good think about our attitude away from home, especially when getting a goal ahead seems to hinder, not help.

He gained an advantage using his hand.. it's clear as day.. another awful decision.. but we haven't been good enough.. Leon didn't have a great game.

Jazz is decent enough but if anyone thinks he is good enough for a first 11 spot in a Premier League team they'd best have a day off.

What was Fabianski sent off for? I just don't see any offence Apart from the lad knocking the ball past the keeper with his arm..that is what I thought the referee blew for, I honestly thought when he was going to his pocket it was to give the attacker a yellow card. Absolutely horrendous decision imo

STID

maybe, just maybe, they were the better team who did a job on us today, as they have in the past.

only those who honestly thought we were going to get 18 points out of this run of fixtures starting with Palace will look to blame every thing and everyone.

we are a solid mid table team who will probably lose more matches than we win this season.

Didn't deserve anything today and arguably our performance was as bad as the 2-0 reverse that people talk about as Laudrup's low point. Having said that I think we had the kind of start today that gave us the chance to do better. We didn't snap up that opportunity and the mandatory fortnightly refereeing cock-up did not help. Looking at the replay again it was the handball that took the ball around the keeper, who really did not do much wrong given how the ball was nudged away from him.
