Who's staying - and who's not - at Pompey?

Pompey have revealed who can stay and who can go after their promotion near miss - and the list includes three under-contract players who are being transfer-listed.

Adam McGurk, Matt Tubbs and Kal Naismith are the trio not out of contract who have been told they can go. In Tubbs' case that is no surprise at all, though some might have expected the other two to be kept on.

Of Pompey's out-of-contract players, goalkeeper Brian Murphy and youngsters Snorre Nilsen and Chad Field - both of whom have spent much of the past season with Bognor in the Ryman League - have not been kept on.

But the club are talking to Ben Davies and Danny Hollands about new deals. They have also taken the option of extending deals for young trio Ben Close, Adam May and Ben Tollitt.

Loan players Matt Clarke, Kieron Freeman, Ryan Fulton, Marc McNulty and Conor Wilkinson have all returned to their parent clubs and it is not known if the Blues have any interest in re-recruiting any of them for next season.
