The Ugly Inside Video Channel Launches With FA Cup Previews And Memories

The Ugly Inside is proud to announce the launch of its new video channel with the first video clips concentrating on the FA Cup 3rd round.

Back in 1988 Nick Illingsworth & Clive Foley launched the first issue of the fanzine The Ugly Inside, this ran till 2000 when Nick & Clive switched it from paper based and launched The Ugly Inside as a fans website.

Both were groundbreaking and although neither were the first Saints paper fanzine or for that matter the first Saints web site they soon became the most well known and then longest running.

Now with technology running at breakneck pace Nick & Clive have got together with film director Freddie Hunt to launch The Ugly Inside Video Channel via the you tube portal.

The aim is the same as it was both 28 & 16 years ago, to give Saints fans a voice and now in 2016 a face.

The channel will produce previews of all the Saints games as well as comments on other topics relevant to Southampton Football Club.

But as with the original paper fanzine and the current website, which of course will continue to bring you all the news and views on Saints, the video channel will be all about Saints supporters and their opinions and we will be looking to Saints supporters to give us contributions.

Firstly starting from the game against Crystal Palace we will be looking to record both pre and post match reactions from Saints supporters, these will capture the supporters thoughts at their most emotional and rawest and should make interesting watching.

Secondly would you like to contribute ? we are looking for those who would like to film their own clips and we will put them up on the page, anyone interested should firstly contact us at theuglyinside@gmail.com or via this website or the facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TheUglyInside/ .

So come on over and have a look, the content will be a little sparse today, but will grow and grow as the weeks go on and our video channel will soon be as big a part of the Saints supporting community as its older siblings.
