But is it as good as fish & chips at Seaton Carew?

"Which suggests the early flush of success has begun to fade, as it so often seems to do at Rochdale."

Or at most clubs who don't win the league or end up getting promoted.

Anyway, you'll find them all here: https://www.soccerbase.com/teams/team.sd?team_id=2175&season_id=157&team

Although, to be fair, we have scored 5 goals in the first 15 minutes of games this season and conceded 4 in the same time (2 of which were yesterday and one was last week at Barnet).

We have scored 8 goals in the first half-hour of games and conceded 6.

And, we have scored 14 first half goals and conceded 9.

Lies, damned lies and all that....

Or Leyton Orient away.

Regardless, I very much doubt their forthcoming FA Cup tie will have any bearing whatsoever in how they perform in a local derby at Spotland in front of around 3,000 of their own fans.

They're at home to Southend on that day.

That's why I said "Which one that isn’t on a Saturday?"

They're both playing playing league games already on that Saturday.

Braintree v Gateshead
York v Maidenhead

All four teams are out of the FA Cup now.

So the goals will be recorded in history as 1 minute and 4 minutes.

Some of the past records are a bit incomplete, but I've found two more.

25/9/63 v Halifax (a) in the League Cup, 0-2 after 4 minutes, lost 2-4

11/10/69 v Plymouth (a) is potentially the craziest start ever.

1 minute: Plymouth 0, Dale 1
2 minutes: Plymouth 1, Dale 1
4 minutes: Plymouth 2, Dale 1

We ended up winning 3-2!!

Akap Akpro v Peterborough, is just over 9 seconds if you time it now, not the 15-20 seconds the commentator says.

The Connor goal v Huddersfield was given as 18 seconds:

Going to have a look later, but the problem is that the records only record integer times.

Which one that isn’t on a Saturday?

Given the plethora of games coming up in various comps, it would make sense to just leave that day vacant now.

Not sure they’ll get a plum draw in round two!

... their win over Huddersfield in the FA Cup tonight means our scheduled league fixture against them on 30th November will now have to be rearranged, regardless of our result tomorrow.

2500??

When we played Bromley in the first round seven years ago - at a time when we were a League One club - the crowd was 2,241.

We'll do well to get close to that, I reckon!

Can you point us in the direction of where it has been reported that Burger was “pissed off” and that his confidence took a dive?

I think someone said they would feel like that if they were he, but that’s a completely different matter.

None of us know why he was subbed off, how he felt about it and how McNulty managed the situation. Given how the team have performed this season and how excellent their spirit is, I can only guess he was able to see the bigger picture.

And having been at the game, I said at half time that we needed to make a change or two and that Barlow and/or Burger were the obvious candidates to be taken off if we were going to bring on Henderson and/or Henry.
