Danny, i think we've been prancing about together on this forum for a few years, and like DJ Mike smash i don't like to talk about it, but i did many years ago on here that Mike herbage is my cousin.
He now lives in Romford working as a postman!.. a long way from NME guitarist of the year 1980!.
My abiding memory of Mick, as he's known to us , is him splayed out out on my aunties sofa in dagenham back in the late 70's, with his mohawk stuck to her anti maccasar via harmony hairspray! we had to cut it off him!.
i looked up to him as young kid like he was david bowie!,
he called Richard jobson 'a Kilt wearing cnt' backstage on top of the pops, when jobson lorded it about after a couple of hits and called department s 'Tacky herberts'
i'll let him know next time i see him that he is remembered, Still.

well boston, my old mans sister married an ex public school boy lovegrove-herbage, and mick took his last name. Never into his herbs, more billy whizz back in the day.
Mick is the penfold looking bloke in white denim and andy cap hat.

i'ts good to know people still remember the band mate.. he'll appreciate it ..
Great band - saw them live a couple of times. I even managed to cadge one of the gig posters of the fella sticking them on an empty shop units on Hammersmith Broadway for an upcoming gig of theirs at Hammersmith. The poster was about five feet by three feet and adorned my bedroom wall for a year or so.
