I would have thought the club have to keep them fit and in the window to some extent otherwise they could become forgotten. Bennett it seems is doing his own thing, hasn’t been training that much in the public eye, didn’t go to the training camp and wasn’t included in the Haverfordwest game. I would imagine he’s searching for a new club can only be the answer, at least he has accepted his fate.
Thing is as well it’s no good excluding these players Martin wants out, as we saw when Fulton hadn’t played for months, he came back reasonably fit.

Its good news if Bennett actively looking for an exit. I read somewhere that he is looking to join Grimsby the season after next and has already moved his family up there, possibly an early move with us paying him off? | |

If the current rumour that we accepted a bid from a league 1 club is correct then that would appear to be the case. The rumour also says that Ogbeta turned down the move.

I was struck by the body language of Burns when collecting his Swansea shirt. He could have not looked any less interested collecting it of club legend and general great bloke Alan Curtis.
