maybe some appointments/signings are being held until July 1st - the official start of the next season.
It sounded that Calderwood was a done deal.

Doesn't seem the case, I would say that it was a quick move on to the Andy Parslow chap.

Poll: Are the owners doing enough for Swansea City

I am a little concerned that Martin has no one of clout to challenge him. Martin himself talked of an atmosphere where staff are encourage to challenged in a progressive way.

Luke Williams has gone. Mark Allen has been sacked and an experienced man Callerwood lined up has swerved the post. Appointments are of young people passing through developing their CVs, more concerned with the process rather than results are in place perhaps.?

This is beginning to looks like the Arsene Wenger model.

Ah yes Wenger who famously appointed young inexperienced whippersnappers Pat Rice (Arsenal backroom staff since 1984), Steve Bould (Arsenal backroom staff for a decade prior) and Boro Primoric (already been a manager at club& international level) as assistants who all passed through Arsenal beefing up their CV before swiftly moving onto other things.

I know many like to knock Wenger, but if you listen to Resloven you'd imagine he had achieved nothing.
If Martin achieved half of what Wenger did, hecwould still be very successful.
