I don't know Wayne, neither does anyone else, thats what I am trying to decipher.
Maybe he didnt want his child to go with his brother in law if him and his wife fell seriously ill. Its not a hierarchal system of the closest family member, maybe his sister is a custodial guardian in such circumstances. |

I came late into this one as we've been offline all day. I wondered what had been going on when I saw this:
Sounds like they've got them to hang themselves nicely. But I doubt it'll make any difference as they've been behaving like this for a while and it hasn't changed anything. Cummings will be protected and they'll carry on I expect. [Post edited 23 May 2020 20:34]
