Sounds mad unless it’s non football issue won’t struggle to get another job.Thomas Frank now 3 rd longest serving manager in the league who has managed over losing runs including no wins in nine far too many owners panic. |

The fact it’s been sung by fans ever since and clothing tops have been sold with it on I think it was an excellent composition although I wasn’t keen when first heard it chanted by the fans in the ellerslie rd a few years back. |

True and I’ve witnessed plenty of failures at my own club regarding foreign players and that was before Brexit rules were changed to suppress the market for non PL clubs.Maupay Mbeumo and Vitaly all came from 2nd Div European clubs along with others that have proved successful but took time to settle in and received mixed views from our fans (one commented Maupay was the worst striker he had ever seen in a Bees shirt)
I agree a settled team is the ideal situation for players to ease into but it’s not unusual for clubs to start a new season with the majority of starting line ups.being new signings you just have to trust the manager and give it time. |

Don’t agree with the moan about not having championship experience as when you are a bottom half championship side without massive funds how are you going to get players in who are better than you already have from other champ clubs.
The Tuesday Saturday Tuesday …trotted out is not that unique as it’s the same for Div 1 Div 2 and even the National league which are leagues that you are likely to find some value.
Players coming in from abroad always take time to settle in and adapt to English league football a wait that usually pays dividends in the long run. |

That would be good by me trouble is the promoted teams these days nearly always go down due to the widening gap.Teams like Brentford Bournmouth ect just need to win 10games and draw a couple and they stay up.Every normal club need to go up for a season visit all these massive grounds like spurs (where I was Saturday ) then go back to the EFL and realise the so called best league in the world is a myth.Apart from Fulham there is no London club I feel any rivalry with in the PL would have loved to have been going to Loftus Road Saturday than Tottenham stadium to watch my team ( not a 12 o’clock KO though) |

Brentford offered 35 mill with 5 add ons he then had a medical but then Spurs came in with an offer
of Joe Rodon and 30 mill which Leeds and the player prefered simple as.Is he he’s worth it time will tell and from afar it seemed a lot of money for a club of Brentford’s size to gamble on an 18 year old championship player but by all accounts he’s going to be a top player.I note some on here and other championship clubs fans are not that overly impressed with him when seeing him play. |

Finished 13 points clear of relegation despite missing 7 first team starters for most of the season.Yes we were very poor in many game’s especially second half of the season but Toney only scored 4 goals in 17 games and many fans me included thought we were a better side without him in the side.Was very good for England last night though when he came on. |

😂😂😂Brentford got more points before Toney returned per game.Won more games without him.Might get relegated any three from about 14 but think points deductions could play a big part in these things next season.If pushed think Ipswich Saints and Leicester will go straight back down.
If we keep clear of horrendous injuries like we had last season think we are in for a another mid table bore fest. |

Eze was by far the best player on the field dispite coming off early.Hopefully Southgate had seen enough to convince him he’s in the final squad.Obviously not a starter but as the tournament goes on he could be the ace up our sleeve as he was the only player who actually took players on.Think Watkins could still get the nod although not great last night he didn’t get much support and expect Toney will also go even though he finished the season in poor form. |
