A few around us noticed that each time we had a free kick, the ref walked 8 short steps, and drew the line on the grass.
So I kept an eye on it towards the last 20 minutes or so.
We had 2 free kicks down the flanks and sure enough, the ref did 8 short steps and drew his line.
Perhaps he can’t count.

I can see Burnley giving him a new 12 month contract whether they go up or not.
Bit part player in PL, regular in Championship.

Key is a poor defender, a ball watcher, doesn’t look where his man is. Then when attacking he thinks he is in a primary school playground trying to beat 4 or 5. He loses it every time.
He is 26 this year, he should be in his prime.

The problem I see with Sheehan is that he has been on the training pitch and in the dugout for 19 months with these players.
A fresh face and fresh ideas are needed.
