Yep I was there, at the back corner with a few chaps standing. I left my seat because when I stood up early (probably for our one and only offensive) I got politely told to sit down by a well-to-do couple behind me sharing a rather expensive hamper! Bollocks start to the season..
Rennie was hardly covering himself with glory that match too eh. |

My memory is shite too, but the last time I saw you matey, I think, was Brentford away in the cup (in one the pubs around Griffin Park and later on the terraces).
Prior to that, Holdenhurst Road, Matchams or somewhere Bournemouth way generally being pwoppa nawty. Any more clues needed mush nipper? |

I tend to agree Jack. The Big Apple angle was subtly and intentionally grating but the latest posts, especially regarding Everton and Leicester, were a bit too patent.
I certainly did enjoy his 'blocking'/logging-off, viewing/logging-back-on/replying to Del's posts with a smirk. Decent work there. |

Not an 'expression' and also not 'modern', but; jap's-eyes that desperately unfurl their arms gesticulating when the ball is booted wide for a goal kick. Cricket umpire helmets.
A more contemporary gripe is the appearance of the modern football 'bird' and any utterance that comes from their opening. Mouthy, clueless, unseemly clutches. Fuϲk modern football. |
