He normally talks a lot of sense, but Jo Tessem has been saying over the last couple of days that we should have Juric in charge for next season.

I do have one positive about Juric.
To the best of my memory, we have not conceded any more of the horrendous goals from playing tippy-tappy around our own penalty area, which were the David Brent speciality this season.
I am no fan of Juric however.
His team selections make no sense, and his refusal to pick a number of players is doing absolutely nothing to help us.
In different ways, he is sadly no better than Brent. |

TBF to David Brent, he did at least know a fair bit about the Championship.
I think it’s a pre-requisite for succeeding in that League. |

My trusted sources tell me that he is staying in a hotel in the SO postcode area.
Two months of doing that whilst regularly losing would have me wanting to head to Italy / Croatia / wherever he claims is his home.
The money might be good, but I can't see it being a very appealing gig at a team which is going to require a fair bit of surgery in the summer to play in a League he knows nothing about. |

It's not all doom and gloom.
There will be some players to come back who have good times on loan, such as Edwards and Shea Charles.
And presumably Edozie.
There should also be a few decent players to come our way from Goztepe, such as Juan and that Japanese lad we signed.
The likes of Smallbone, Nathan Wood and dare I say Manning will still be useful next season.
We will need to sign some experience though. |

Re Bella-Kotchap, one of the esteemed users on this message board mentioned to me pre-match on Saturday that another appearance by Bella-Kotchap may well trigger a significant payment to Vfl Bochum, by virtue of it being his 25th appearance.
Does anybody know how much??? |
