Harp Cafe on Uxbridge Road by the junction with Arminger Road. Can't go wrong.

will probably get shouted at but I had a cracking all day breakfast, from one of the many restaurants in Westfield, last season.
The open air bit at the side has loads of eateries and a few do a cooked breakfast.

Re original post, don't think the cupboard is open anymore, it's now another breakfast / brunch place called the hummingbird cafe. It's pretty decent actually, has a good outside area and doesn't sell chelsea buns but "Qpr" buns. The breakfasts are particularly good but more on the "fancy" side rather than the "greasy spoon" side.
