To be fair, a couple of the blocked shots looked to be on target, but because they are blocked, they go into the the blocked shots section.
Still, to only have 1 (blocked) shot for the whole of the 2nd half as we go into injury time, is absolutely pathetic. We created more away to City FFS.
We are too scared to shoot or cross for fear of giving the ball away. Ridiculous and totally unacceptable. This isn't even fighting for our lives. Villa aren't great but we are worse and so frustrating.

It was all so predictable. Trying to keep the ball at the back/midfield, but rarely got into any meaningful scoring positions. When we did, we tried to walk the ball into their penalty area, and no-one prepared to have go.
Dibling was too wide for most of the game, but did move in mid way through 2nd half.
As for Lumley, he just looks like a rabbit in headlights. Flapped at a number of crosses and positional play looked all over the place.
Still, Martin will be pleased with the possession stats and fight, We rarely threatened and only had 4 (1 in 2nd half) attempts at goal, non of which were close. | | | |

They intend to sell him Iin January so don't want to risk getting him injured.
And if he's got any sense he'll want to get out, he's been treated really badly by our club.
