He has done an excellent job at Reading and achieved, despite being rubbish at Saints. Interesting isn't it, that managers useless at Saints, are good at other clubs. So many of you, just won't have it will you.

Shall I say it again

"THE OWNERS ARE THE PROBLEM, NOT THE MANAGER"

But let's sack the manager. Everything will get better.

Selles was being groomed as a future manager, but he wasn,t ready for the Premier League when he was appointed, had we kept Ralph and Selles had completed his apprenticeship then he could well now be manager at St Mary's

And Jones? And Ralph? And Martin? All not ready? Just say it's the owners. It would be so.much easier.

Well Ralph was appointed by a different owner and had proved that he could keep us out of relegation trouble for the first 3 1/2 seasons.

There is a lot of flak towards the owners, but they have spent money, the issues lie in who has been employed by them to run the club, some of it their fault and some of it not ie the recruitment guy and the CEO from Manchester City who all left for bigger clubs early on

Ralph is a good manager.he just wasn't supported and wasn't given the resources he needed. The owners are at the top. Bloom at Brighton is at the top at Brighton. The owner at Bournemouth is at the the top there. The Fulham owner is at the top at Fulham. They make good decisions. They appoint the right people to run the club because they are good owners. It doesn't matter who.is manager, they have good players. The owners there, run the clubs properly. I will say it again, the owners are at fault at Saints.

You've got to question Selles' choice of owners. From Sport Republic at Saints to Dai Yongge at Reading & now Acun Ilicali at Hull. Perhaps he just likes a challenge.

Poll: Where do you hope to see Salisu start (OK, I know we haven't seen him yet)?
