Problem is the club is run by a consultancy firm who will do what ever is necessary to protect their image first.
Marti 'may' not be the real issue, his subs have been sh1t but this squad is dog water so I think his track record earns him some credit.
The AI & Nourry dream team has us bottom currently unable to score with a winning lotto ticket strapped to it and with no championship experience to brought into a team that spent most of last season facing the drop and unable to score.

I really want Marti to stay. League 1 I would still want him but it is not going to happen is it? He will take the blame for years and absolutely years of poor leadership and will be next in line to be dustbinised. Lots of injuries. We were all, rightly, commending the players for their showing on Saturday, or for some of it at least, so they're not consistently poor. We were badly set up tonight,didn't start playing till we were two goals down and made Boro looks like Manchester City at times, which starts and stops with the manager. I said on the thread, no matter how incompetent the upper management/ board are, they cannot let this continue... you can't sack a squad of players, unfortunately, but you can sack the manager and they will.
They have 30 odd games to go, and to be seen to waste those games will not look good. Marti I'm sure will be sacked sooner than later.
If he had any input into the summer signings then in all honesty he deserves to be sacked. If he hadn't any, then he will hold on for his payout, why wouldn't he.

As is so often the case with our team, we didn't see that coming tonight. Hugely disappointing.
Absolutely no point bringing in a new manager at the moment with half a fit squad to work with. In my opinion we are not in the bottom three with Colback and JCS available. Manchester City have a few injuries and look what has happened to them!
We brought in cover for JCS but not really for Colback and that last minute change of mind to not sign Hayden is costing us big time.
We currently have to stick with Marti but questions need to be asked. Why did we play Santos and Chair on the left, a glaringly obvious weakness. We are always saying on here that such and such a team has targeted Pal and Lloyd or Santos and Chair. Who are we targeting in a similar fashion?? Whoever it is it isn't working!
