Most disappointing gig - Kasabian at Victorious. Not the same without Meighan.

Most surprising gig - Dohl Foundation at Victorious. Happened on them by chance and loved it all.

Best gig Jamie Cullum at Ronnie Scotts.

I saw Kasabian at the IOW last year and thought they were really good; again with Serge up top.

I like Victorious, but not convinced it generates as good an atmosphere as other festivals.

Location must be an issue……

Kool and the Gang were at Camp Bestival last year at Lulworth.

Don’t they just have 1 original band member?

Mr Kool himself you mean? Nah they had a few of their original members when i saw them, they were all about 80 years old though so they weren't exactly "rocking" the stage.

Hell of a band for actual music mind

Seen the Bluetones and Hue & Cry before, Starsailor would have been good to see.

A bit like myself, I've managed a grand total of 2 gigs and one of those was a tribute act.

The Style Councilors back in January I think it was.

Saw Embrace for the 25th anniversary of their debut album tour at Shepherds Bush last month.

I'm planning on going to see Ian Prowse at the heartbreakers next year and will try and get to see the Howl and the Hum after just discovering them.

DMA’s were great at The Brook, but that was only half a gig.

The line up for Victorious this year is looking good. Sadly it’s my nieces wedding in Manchester that weekend.

I’m going to that Prowsey gig in April, I’d imagine there will be a few off here going.

It’s been about twenty years since I last saw him down here at the joiners in 2003. Always a good night out.

I have a ticket; it should have been earlier this year but the singer had throat problems (again….).

Cheers!

Didn’t see much this year but did get very sweaty at The Bronx and Green Lung at the joiners. Also got completely covered in purple jizz at GWAR at engine rooms.

you can drink your weak lemon drink now.
