Clearly those who selected and appointed NJ have a lot to learn about picking the right candidate.
I think NJ had a huge personality problem, hence demoting his more experienced and capable players to the B team; his way of demonstrating he was better than them.
I would suggest that in the next selection process they ensure they pick someone who has a proven record of good relationships with his employers and his players. Perhaps they should enlist the help of a specialist recruiter.
I think there is still hope of avoiding the drop but we do need to have a manager who can inspire from Day 1. | | | |

With these ridiculous long contracts that both the players & the managers get the incentive is to fail.
