I'd say he was making a pass at her.

There's nothing wrong with that as long as the guy can accept it if rejected.

However, he might be obsessed with her and start stalking and trolling.

Nah! You can get away with most things if you have a smile on your face.

Could have been a little creepy in the wrong hands (jimmy Carr) but it was just good natured - if slightly edgy - joshing, that they both thought amusing. She certainly didn`t look offended, and looked totally at ease with the joke.
