Help needed - Neighbours (not the aussie one) 07:45 - Aug 10 with 4151 viewsmikeygunn

Morning friends! I have an issue and I'm hoping you can help as you lot are devious! Mrs Gunn, toddler Gunn and I are looking to move house, partly because our neighbours are absolute thundercunz. We cant put a formal complaint in to the council as we then have to legally tell prospective buyers. What I want to do then is to legally annoy the hell out of them so I'm looking for useful hints & tips, the fella sells loads of stuff on bookface so I have both his telephone numbers.....

I await your advice with earnest....

Oooo this will be a thread to bookmark for future use!! Karma prevents me from saying you should sign them up to lots of call backs from everything from PPI/Personal Accident Claims/Kitchen-Bathroom Quotes. joining a Chelsea/Hull/Cardiff/West Ham forum, take the piss and leave the numbers offering them out...that would be awful...

The moved next door to us when Toddler Gunn was a baby Gunn and they didn't realise that baby Gunn would grow up to be Toddler Gunn. My little girl likes to run around, she will laugh cry and sometimes be loud, she acts like a toddler and I don't want to restrict this. Every time there is the slightest noise and sometimes when there isn't they slam doors as loud as they can and play cr@ppy music all hours, she hoovers @ 10pm and has the washing machine going all night. She is literally mental and the partner/husband just dismisses us, they are council and have been moved next door to us as they have already been moved on once before.

Do they work, if not they're probably claiming some sort of benefit and if they're selling on-line the council might be interested in the income !

Poll: Where will we finish next Year. Starting early.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with awful neighbours. Mine have up to 30 people in there garden getting very drunk and singing till all hours of the night. Have dogs they don't walk which bark continually when they are out so we have no respite. I mentioned it to him once and he wanted to fight me. They put there house up for sale a few years ago but no one wanted it.They tarted it up and have now sold but it's been subject to contract for 4 months now I hope they go soon, and it doesn't fall through again.

Best keep your head down until you are sold and gone, then order 10 tons of horse $h1t and have it dumped on their doorstep once you are out of the frame....

That all sounds horrible welwynranger... I hope they go ASAP for your sanity mate...I had a similar scenario a couple of years back, it all got out of hand. People like your neighbors just don't give a monkeys about anyone (or there dogs), hopefully they'll get theirs sooner rather than later. Good luck.

There's a lot of it about. My neighbours were only telling me the other day that they have the same problem.

'What do we want? We don't know! When do we want it? Now!'

But if you ask the council to do something about it, and your neighbours comply, then does it matter that much to prospective buyers that there was an issue with noisy neighbours but it's resolved now?
