Yes I have. I first went in 1975. Had a season ticket from 1976 until 1989 and went to many away games each season. Moved away in 1989 and unfortunately my work is shift based and I work most weekends so I only get to a small number of games each year. |  | |  |

Yes but with respect they are not a separate force,like the crs, carabinieri, guardia civil. I ran a unit that was the first to attend "disorder" as we were the best equipped and trained.
Problem was the number of complaints received .
Fans were treated like shite though and hills borough changed it all. Only good thing about it.
Police had a lot to answer for but times were different and it was almost revolutionary. |  |

They'll always be around. In my experience they tend to keep themselves to themselves, arrange handbags with other crews, go to the bar for a few impressionable youngsters and wait for the 5-O to scoop them up and send them on their way. I've been to Millwall and have friends there, no problem. You can frequently see our lot giving it large on Neath Road when the supporters buses pass. It's just the way it is. |  |

I've said it before, my grandfather (born in 1891) watched the Swans from when they were first formed. He in turn took my father who then took my brother and I. In my season ticket year's I'm proud to say I didn't get involved in any trouble at any time.
I take my dad(still a ST holder) who is now 80 to a couple of away games each season and when I retire in 4 years, a season ticket will be my first purchase. | | | |

You re right but it's getting better as the club has now had the back of kemlyn rd stand cleared form expansion.a field is due a massive clear up and it needs it no question. Luckily visitors are kept well away from it.

Tell you one thing they do in Liverpool what they don't do in Swansea is try and save places I steed of demolishing them.
We stayed in the Hard Days Night Hotel a couple of years ago and that building would have been demolished in Swansea. | |

I worked in Holland with a few Scouse and I wouldn't have believed it until I saw it with my own eyes. I wasn't friendly with them and bear in mind these were hard core scousers probably from the wrong end of town but they'd be all done up on a Sat night in Lacoste shirt, Timberland boots and TRACKSUIT BOTTOMS.
If ever there was a region that backed up and saluted their stereo type it's that lot. | |

It's 5mins from Wallasey tunnel and m53 then due south to wales.
Thatcher left Liverpool to die as she did to the valleys.
I went home once over the heads and made a detour to ebbs vale. Fookn unbelievable.
North /wales both shafted so why the anti scousers stuff from people.
There is in jersey side though still considerable wealth the like of which cannot be found in South wales | |

That's a good story and good family line. You are a bit older than I thought you were then when you said you went to your first game in 1975 unless you're retiring much earlier than standard? | |
