Lots of effort to just about keep Spurs within distance. But the gulf was massive. A fairly depressing feel to the game. Generally too old and not mobile enough.

Need to hear what's happened to Zarate, Vargas and AT.

I have no idea as to the thinking behind bringing SWP on in the 93rd minute.

Unlucky with some of the referring decisions-the second one was a def penalty
Good game but once again their class shone through . Impressed with Sandro abd the battling qualities of the team
If we play like this then we should pick up enough points but need to keep the tempo up as well as take chances
Great saves from Green but should have doen better with the first goal
Yun was almost undertsanding and dissapointed at the negative criticism of Rio-we pay him good money because TF has agreed to it-its not Rios fault...
Still feel positive but time is running out

Once I saw the team sheet I knew we were beat before the start. This was a bad , inept performance and worthy only of a relegated team. All the hope of the past few weeks gone.

All SWP could do was fall over and proved us all correct is our belief that he is an absolute waste. No one performed even to a mediocre performance. Phillips goal and soon thereafter shot on target, the only few seconds of any decent performance.

Then taking untill 86th min to bring on attacking subs - and then Niko instead of Vargas.

I know he has inherited a poor squad but todays selection, tactics and subs show Ramsey has lost the plot

Christ that was hard to watch, slow, inept and just gong through the motions Rangers at 57% possession falling for the 3 card trick and playing into to Palace's hit them on the break scenario ! We stalled on the first goal thinking that just because CA was nearly choked to death by Dann this ref of all ref's would award the most blatant foul possible and got caught out when he did his best blind Freddy and Palace skinned forward only for Yun I suspect to get the final touch into the net ? We then went into the sheds mentally 6 minutes ahead of schedule and conceded 2 appalling goals ! Time for Rob Green to have a break as I'm getting fed up with saying the keeper could / should have done better especially when he has the Seaman super glued to his line blinkers on !! SWP......................does CR not want the gig any longer ! FFS ! OK so we won the second half with a freak goal with their 2 better players going off the park injured and there was a bit more spine with Hill coming on but this is way below what is needed to avoid the drop. CA put both his reasonable chances straight into the keepers gut and with Fer out if Charlie doesn't score well.........I thought Phillips and Henry battled manfully and Sandro put himself about a bit but as for the remainder........

PS Another unbelievably perplexing refereeing effort by the dope in charge !!

Matched the champions elect on their ground. Not bad. Just lacked a winner. Mane was awesome 1st half. I thought Chelsea were tiring. Sadly they weren't. Kept Hazard pretty quiet. Great saves from Forster. The Long/Mane strike force looks good to me.

Wow! What a game, end to end stuff and a thoroughly good watch even thru' my blurred computer stream.
A dampener is that we still haven't managed a goal in open play but the positive is that we looked dangerous and capable of scoring. we won the first half and Chelsea the 2nd but we were never outplayed.
It doesn't pays to anticipate complete success but dig in boys and we can regain a few places in this league.

Failed to create chances in dominant first half. Poor second with odd substitutions but understand need for Cannon to come off. Poor game, Fleetwood were spoilers but we lacked shape in second half. Cannon looks the real deal, looked strong at the back. Up front final pass creating chances is the issue. Brandy very poor, Bunny not up to it physically. Can't understand RNL/BH remaining on bench when goals needed. But we are in a far better position than we could have hoped. Hopefully Dawson return will bring some drive. We are strong but where are the goals going to come from?

Great point! Saints looked like the home team for most of the first half. Then when they were forced to defend they looked like Chelsea defending a CL final! Great stuff. The only negatives for me were: 1) the complete cluelessness of both tadic and Long in terms of finishing (and Mane wasn't much better there but played a great game otherwise); and 2) the subs...JWP was awful once again, Pelle didn't seem to have benefitted from sitting, and Djuricic was off the pace. But who's complaining?
